how long does the delivery take?
After ordering, your goods will be dispatched practically immediately if they are in stock. If not, we will dye them within a few days. Change requests such as shortening take another 1 to 3 days. If the desired part is not in stock and is newly produced, it can take a few weeks, up to 12 weeks - sewing, washing, dyeing.
how can i return the goods?
Please send any returns postage paid to Lucifer Naturbekleidung, Oranienstrasse 169 in 10999 Berlin. You can find the return conditions below under "Cancellation Policy".
How much are the shipping costs?
We ship for free within Germany. Shipping within the EU costs a maximum of 16 euros, parcels around half. We also charge for that and, if desired, express parcel delivery.
do you ship internationally?
yes, we like to do that. We charge you the postage for the requested service.
